JC Cool is a family-run air conditioning and refrigeration business based in Chinderah, NSW, looking after homes and businesses from the Tweed Coast through the Northern Rivers and into South East Queensland.
We're not a one-man band and we're not a franchise. You get a proper team: an office that answers the phone and keeps you posted, a project manager and electrical supervisor running the installs, and qualified technicians on the tools. Our electrical work is done in-house, so your job doesn't stall waiting on someone else's sparky.
That team has over 25 years of combined experience across single splits, multi-heads, full ducted homes and commercial fit-outs and refrigeration — so whoever turns up to your place, the standard is the same.
We're fully licensed and ARC certified, we install Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Daikin, Panasonic, LG, Gree and can source most other major brands on request. We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, you ring the office and we come back.
Mostly we just try to do the simple things properly: turn up when we said we would, explain what you're paying for, leave the place clean, and give honest advice — including when you don't need to spend the money.
